Our on-line video lessons are designed for highband connections (CABLE, DSL, T1) in the sense that video download times will be much shorter as compared to those for modems.

However, if you are using a regular 56k modem, you can also benefit from Real English Online lessons:
Create a folder on your hard disk called "Real English Video" or whatever you want to call it.
When you are not using your modem for other tasks, download the videos into this folder.
Later, when you do a Real English exercise, ignore the download messages in the lessons.
Go to your folder, open the relevant video, and get to work.
